Products All items are handmade and may vary slightly. Please read product descriptions carefully. Most items can be personalized, if that is the case please read Custom Orders.
Shipping Orders are processed in 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers. USA and Canada only, but will add more countries in the future.
Returns & Exchanges Due to the handmade nature of our items, all sales are final this includes custom orders. If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days for assistance.
Custom Orders Custom orders require a non-refundable deposit upfront. Please note that custom orders vary in price and take up to 6 weeks to create, but usually within 2 to 6 weeks. If needed sooner, you need to let us know!
